Dr. Gagan Kohli

Dr. Gagan Kohli DDS, MS

Dr. Gagan Kohli completed his Masters from University of Alabama,Birmingham and has been practicing dentistry in California since 2002. He is Invisalign and Laser Dentistry certified. He believes in listening to all his patients and their needs and to treat them with the best possible care. He wants his patients to leave the office knowing that they have a friend in him.

When not practicing dentistry he enjoys arts, watching movies and traveling. He has traveled around Europe, East Asia and Mexico. He has a wonderful wife who is a Nephrologist practicing in Bay Area and a beautiful daughter and son.

Rose Airoso

Liz, RDA, Office Manager

Lizbeth is a proud Union City native and has been working in the dental field since 2011. She graduated from Eden ROP’s Dental Assisting Program in 2010 and has built a career rooted in care, dedication, and professionalism. As both a Registered Dental Assistant and Office Manager, Lizbeth plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly while ensuring patients receive the highest level of care. She enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and helping create a positive, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. Outside of work, Lizbeth is a proud mom who loves spending time with her family. Her passion for helping others and strong work ethic are reflected in everything she does, both in and out of the office.

Larissa Tecson, Dental Assistant

Larissa, RDA, Operations Manager

Larissa began her dental career in 2011 and now serves as our Director of Operations. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day management of our dental offices, ensuring every detail runs smoothly—from patient care to staff coordination. Larissa is passionate about creating a positive, welcoming environment for patients while fostering a culture of collaboration, balance, and strong team chemistry among staff. She believes that when the team thrives, patients receive the best possible care.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Larissa treasures spending time with her family and raising her daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys movies, music, great food, and exploring the outdoors.

Rose Airoso

Rose Airoso, R.D.H.

Rose Airoso, our Registered Dental Hygienist graduated from Chabot Community College in Hayward, California. With more than 23 years of clinical experience as a dental hygienist, you will find her to be caring, compassionate, friendly and very thorough in her patient’s care. She is fluent in Portuguese and speaks some Spanish.

Rose enjoys spending time with her wonderful family – husband Carlos, son Andrew and daughter Kelsey. Her two children keep her busy during the soccer season. She also enjoys reading, being with family and friends and attending her children’s sporting event and activities.

Bonnie Mac Lean Donzella

Bonnie Mac Lean Donzella, R.D.H.

Bonnie Donzella graduated from Onondaga Community college Syracuse, New York in 1970. With 42 years of experience as a dental hygienist has helped many generations of patients with their dental health. She moved to California in 1979 and has worked at this office since then.

She has her son Mathew who teaches K-8th multi subjects. She loves hummingbird and warm days in Napa. She is a wonderful baker and we get to enjoy her recipes on holidays.

Sarah Ramirez, RDA, Patient Coordinator

Sarah Ramirez, RDA, Patient Coordinator

Sarah Ramirez has been in the dental field for the past 12 years. She attended East Bay Regional Occupational Program’s dental assisting course during her senior in high school. Sarah enjoys working as a clinical assistant as well as servicing patient’s needs in the Front Office. Sarah is experienced in General dentistry, Orthodontics and Pediatric dentistry.

In her free time, Sarah prefers to spend time with her family and dogs. They enjoy outdoor activities like dirt bike riding, camping, swimming and bicycle riding. Sarah and her son are active in Boy scouts and church activities.

Debbie Alo, R.D.H.

Debbie Alo, R.D.H.

Debbie is a long time local resident, growing up in Newark and Graduating from Newark High in 1980. She went on to graduate from Chabot College in 1988 with an AA in Dental Hygiene, from Ohlone College in 1990 with an AA in Natural Science and from CSUH in 1992 with a BA in Biological Science. Debbie is also a long time member of the American Dental Hygienist’s Association. When she’s not educating patients about dental health issues, she enjoys travelling, swimming and training for 5K’s.
